May 2024: Michael Klinger of Language Transactions has facilitated the sale of a $4.75 ASL business with a focus on government and educational contracts. The deaf owner is one of the pioneers in the ASL interpreting business. Their core revenue came from on-site interpreting. CART business was 25% of their revenue. In this case, the buyer does not want to announce the acquisition so as to facilitate the transition with minimal client disruption.
