Language Transactions closes sale of ASL business
Language Transactions facilitated the sale of a $2 million ASL business on the West Coast of the US. Company had been in business twenty plus years with a full time staff of seven and 150 active ASL freelance interpreters. The owner was looking to retire. Michael Klinger of Language Transactions worked with the owner, evaluated the financials, determined the right pricing model (50% up front plus an earn out structure) and made five introductions to ASL buyers. The owner received three offers and accepted the best fit. The whole process from start to closing took six months.
